Angel Hair with Parmesan and Broccoli is a simple, flavorful dish and a great way to get your family to eat their veggies in the tastiest way possible.
8 oz. Angel Hair Pasta, uncooked
3 tbsp butter
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
14 1/2 oz. low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1In a large skillet, over medium high heat, melt butter. Add broccoli and cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.
2Add broth and heat until simmering. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer.
3Stir in uncooked angel hair pasta. Cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.
4Stir in sour cream and salt and pepper. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Tips: Substitute 2 cups fresh broccoli florets for frozen.

Easy to make.. had the lttle ones eating broccoli with a smile.. family loves it. Very tasty and filling. ?
