Skillet Beef Lo Mein
Try this Asian inspired pasta dish. Pasta night will take on a whole new meaning!

Ingredients
- 16 oz Golden Grain Thin Spaghetti, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb top sirloin, cut into thin strips
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen pepper stir-fry blend (red, yellow peppers and onions)
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) beef broth
- 1/2 cup bottled teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until brown on all sides.
- Remove beef from skillet with slotted spoon.
- Break uncooked pasta into 2-inch pieces and add to skillet; cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add remaining ingredients, including cooked beef; stir to blend. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes to avoid sticking.
- Options: To create Skillet Chicken Lo Mein, substitute chicken for beef.
