Golden Grain Sea Shells

Ingredients
  • 16 oz Golden Grain Small Sea Shells
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
Directions
  1. Cook ground chuck and onion in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned and cooked through; drain. Return meat to Dutch oven. Add celery and carrots and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook 30 to 45 minutes.
  3. For a thinner soup, reduce the pasta to 8 ounces (1/2 package).
