Pasta Fagioli

Ingredients
- 16 oz Golden Grain Small Sea Shells
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Cook ground chuck and onion in a Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned and cooked through; drain. Return meat to Dutch oven. Add celery and carrots and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook 30 to 45 minutes.
- For a thinner soup, reduce the pasta to 8 ounces (1/2 package).
