Linguine with Asian-Style Pork

Ingredients
- 16 oz Golden Grain Linguine
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless pork chops, cut into thin strips about 1/4 x 2-inches
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen broccoli stir fry vegetables
- 1 cup Asian or Sesame vinaigrette
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain reserving 1/2 cup water.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until pork is lightly browned, approximately 3 minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables and cook, stirring frequently until vegetables are crisp-tender and meat is fully cooked, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Stir vinaigrette into pork mixture. Add cooked pasta to skillet and toss to combine. Stir in 1/2 cup reserved pasta liquid if a thinner sauce is desired.
