Homemade Fettuccine Alfredo
This classic, creamy dish will satisfy your family’s craving for comfort food on any night of the week!

Ingredients
- 12 oz Golden Grain Fettuccine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain in a colander.
- In the hot pan, melt butter over low heat. Return cooked pasta to pan and toss to coat in the melted butter.
- Stir in cream and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and seasonings and toss to coat. Heat 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is hot and cheese is melted.
- Top with additional shredded Parmesan just before serving, if desired. Garnish with minced parsley, if desired.
- For Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, stir in 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken just before serving.
