Friday Night Fettuccine
At the end of the week, leftovers can pile up. Use leftover chicken and ham in this family favorite.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Golden Grain Fettuccine
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 pound cooked ham, cut into strips
- 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey, cut into strips
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 pint (1 cup) half and half
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Melt butter and cook and stir ham, chicken and mushrooms. Blend in half and half with egg yolks. Pour over ham mixture; bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Add cooked pasta, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir
