Florentine Lasagna

Ingredients
8 oz (1/2 pkg) Golden Grain/Mission® Lasagna1 Container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
2 Cups shredded fresh spinach leaves
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1-1/2 Teaspoons garlic powder
Salt and pepper (optional)
1 Jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
2 Cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
• Preheat oven to 400F.• Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
• In bowl combine ricotta, spinach, eggs, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
• Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
• Layer with 3 lasagna pieces, half the ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup sauce.
• Repeat layers once.
• Top with remaining lasagna, sauce and mozzarella.
• Bake (uncovered) in oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
