Country Style Pork and Pasta

Ingredients
- 16 oz Golden Grain Thin Spaghetti
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb boneless, sirloin pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 carton (8 oz) sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Melt butter in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Add pork and onion, and cook, stirring frequently, until pork is browned and fully-cooked and onion is tender. Season to taste with salt and sprinkle with pepper.
- Remove from heat. Stir in ranch dressing, sour cream and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Add pasta and toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Place skillet in oven and bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
