Country Style Pork and Pasta

Golden Grain Thin Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • 16 oz Golden Grain Thin Spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 lb boneless, sirloin pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 carton (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • Salt, to taste
Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F. Melt butter in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Add pork and onion, and cook, stirring frequently, until pork is browned and fully-cooked and onion is tender. Season to taste with salt and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in ranch dressing, sour cream and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Add pasta and toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place skillet in oven and bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
