Classic Baked Mostaccioli

Ingredients
16 oz Golden Grain/Mission® Mostaccioli1-1/4 lb Lean ground beef
¾ Cup chopped onion
3 Cloves minced garlic or 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
5 Cups meatless spaghetti sauce, divided
1 Cup water
2-1/2 Cups (10 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1-1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Directions
• Preheat oven to 375˚F.• Slightly undercook pasta; drain.
• In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef, onion and garlic, stirring frequently 6 to 8 minutes or until beef is browned.
• Stir in half of the spaghetti sauce and water.
• Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
• Stir about 2 cups meat mixture into mostaccioli.
• Spoon half of mostaccioli mixture into 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
• Sprinkle with mozzarella and 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
• Top with remaining meat mixture, mostaccioli and sauce.
• Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
• Bake 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
