Chili Mac

Ingredients
12 oz (1/2 pkg) Golden Grain/Mission® Large Elbow Macaroni1 lb Lean ground beef or turkey
1 Cup chopped onion
1 Can (14-1/2 oz) chopped tomatoes
2 Cups water
1 Can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 Teaspoon cumin
½ Teaspoon oregano
1 Can (15-1/2 oz) kidney beans
Directions
• Brown ground beef and onion in large pot; drain.• Add tomatoes, water, tomato sauce and seasonings; bring to a boil.
• Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
• Stir in uncooked elbow macaroni and kidney beans.
• Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium.
• Simmer 7 to 8 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
