Bavarian Skillet Casserole

Ingredients
- 16 oz Golden Grain Extra Wide Egg Noodles
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pkg (14 oz) fully cooked beef brats
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cut brats into 1-inch pieces and add to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until brats are slightly browned. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon and set aside.
- Melt butter in same large skillet. Add onions and cabbage; cook until tender, about 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cooked brats, caraway seeds, salt and pepper and combine. Toss noodles into brat mixture. Gently stir in sour cream.
